Key Responsibilities:

  • Research: Conduct basic legal research and gather information as requested by attorneys.

  • Office Support: Assist with general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Billing Support: Assist with the preparation and processing of client invoices and payment follow-ups.
  • Court Filings: Prepare and file legal documents with the appropriate courts and agencies.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in legal studies is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment preferred.
  • Skills:
